Goldminne does not issue refunds under any circumstance, unless the product received is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please reach out to us at goldminnefragrance@gmail.com with supporting photographs and order details. Once verified, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to approve or decline replacements based on the evidence provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
